What is Content Editing?
Content Editing is designed to give our customers the ability to take complete control of your business' RAMS Content Library.
Whether you are used to the standard HANDS HQ Categories or have Custom Content but rely on our support team to update your content, Content Editing now gives you the power to integrate HANDS HQ's workflow with your company's unique processes.
How is Content Editing different from the standard HANDS HQ system?
With the standard HANDS HQ system, our generic HANDS HQ content is used for each project. This means that any company-specific changes have to be made to the content on a project by project basis.
With Content Editing, you have the ability to change the default content. If there are any Categories, Risk Assessments, Sequences or Method Statement sections (including default images) which are not already covered by the HANDS HQ library you can now add this to your Content Library.
Any changes you make to your Content Library will then show up on all future projects.
Content Editing is very simple to use, as the editing process works in the same way you would edit your content in a project.
What is the value of Content Editing for your business?
The additional control Content Editing offers enables you to tailor the HANDS HQ system to better reflect the specific demands of your business.
Therefore, when creating a Project, you select from content which is already closely aligned with your company's work. This reduces the need for end-users to make adjustments thus reducing the chance of human error preventing the Project from being as specific as it could be.
This allows you to produce RAMS which are distinctly your own, yet you continue to benefit from the consistency and efficiency the HANDS HQ system ensures.
