You can add users to your account if you are a personnel manager. If you set up your account then you will automatically be a personnel manager. If you need to be a personnel manager please contact us through the in-app help box or email firstname.lastname@example.org. Only personnel managers can add new users.
- Click the personnel tab in the top right hand corner
- You will be taken the personnel dashboard where you can see all already invited users and added personnel
- Click invite user
- Add user details and add additional features as needed (see additional features section below)
- When you have finished click send invite: This will send an email to the new user inviting them to join HANDS HQ. Please note that this invite expires after 10 days. You can re-invite the user if they do not accept the invitation in that time.
All these features can be added/ removed at a later date by the personnel manager
Can access all divisions
This option will be available if you have multiple divisions. If you select this it means this user will be able to access and create RAMS in all your different divisions.
Can manage personnel
This feature allows the user to add additional users and manage users and personnels added in the supervision and personnel section
Can approve projects
This options is only available if you have the approvals feature for your account.
